That's it. This is a smallish plastic pitcher that has a lid, to which, a tea infuser is attached. It is not worth anything like $28.
I am ordering a second one as a backup unit in case this one breaks. The gold plated tea strainer for loose tea brewing works flawlessly. The lid fits tight and allows 3 different settings, sealed, ice strainer, and wide open. I wouldn't use another product now that I have this tea maker. This is a top quality Ice Tea maker. The fit and finish on this unit is the best I have ever seen. I use this as a hot tea pot in the mornings as well.
